Child and adolescent psychiatrists (CAPs) increasingly find themselves in leadership positions such as medical directorships and other administrative roles, often with admirable intentions to develop quality programming and/or to effect change in service delivery. This Workshop is designed to assist CAPs in leadership positions in successful programmatic and service delivery changes. Participants are expected to have a specific project in mind as they take part in this Workshop to develop a basic strategy in effecting successful programmatic change for the identified goal.
