The focus of this Clinical Consultation Breakfast is to address the core issues of recruitment and retention of child and adolescent psychiatrists in rural areas, along with extended discussions of the particular situations and concerns of the attendees. Presenters facilitate the exchange of contact information among interested participants to increase networking. This breakfast is extremely relevant to any attendees who are in the process of relocating to a rural area, where issues related to relocation, both for the child psychiatrist and for their family, as well as issues related to entry into a new rural community are discussed.
