The Resident as Teacher: Building Skills for Residency and beyond

This teaching seminar provides an introduction to principles that are directly applicable to the teaching and supervision of junior residents and medical students. Recently graduated trainees describe their own teaching experiences, and training directors of large child and adolescent psychiatry training programs offer their insight and experience followed by group discussion.
