The Career Development Forum offers a mentoring program for medical students, residents, and early career psychiatrists. The forum provides the opportunity to network with highly regarded psychiatrists as well as peers who represent a diverse array of professional careers within child and adolescent psychiatry. Clinicians, academic psychiatrists, and researchers at the top of our field are available for questions and reflections on steps toward success in their field. In addition, students and trainees can meet with residents and training directors who represent alternative pathways into child and adolescent psychiatry training, including combined internal medicine, pediatrics, and family practice programs.
