During the Mentorship Program, attendees meet in small groups with senior child and adolescent psychiatrist mentors. Trainees and mentors develop collegial relationships while sharing ideas, challenges, and accomplishments. Discuss research activities, balancing personal and professional obligations, securing an intellectually stimulating peer environment, networking, writing and publishing, and learn how to become active in local and national advocacy initiatives.
