This session discusses the developmental perspective of the Swan Lake ballet overtime and focuses on the issues of aggression in Tchaikovsky and Bourne. Aggression is a major issue in our society and especially bullying. How aggression, especially against homosexual adolescents, is portrayed in the ballet are discussed. Attendees become aware of how art reflects issues confronting society at various times and how new and innovative methods and techniques in art evoke and provoke psychological issues.
