Additional applicant information: Dr. Gerson is a newly-graduated early career psychiatrist who both during her training and since that has been highly engaged in AACAP's Annual Meeting and broader activities. In addition to her role as chair of this Clinical Perspectives, she also is highly involved in the Committee on Child Maltreatment and Violence, the Systems of Care Committee, and the Committee on Medical Students and Residents (on which she previously served as Schowalter Resident Member of Council).
