Early Career Psychiatrist Mentorship Forum

This forum educates Early Career Psychiatrists (ECPs) about the importance of mentorship, encourages them to reflect on their own mentorship needs, and provides them with a chance for building mentoring relationships with highly regarded child and adolescent psychiatrists and peers who represent a diverse array of professional careers within the field. Additionally, this year’s forum facilitates face-to-face meetings of AACAP Mentorship Network participants and discusses the further development of the Network. As a result, ECPs form new connections, make greater use of mentorship resources, and consider becoming more engaged in ECP programming.
