The Poster Docent: Addressing the Challenges to Effective Psychiatric Emergency Care for Children and Adolescents

This talk reviews structural, workforce, and reimbursement challenges to effective Psychiatric Emergency Room care for youth, describes community and hospital-based models that overcome these challenges, and articulates a path for action to improve these essential services.
