This free special interest group focuses on providing the opportunity for women to have exposure to mentors and peers from other institutions to help to clarify career goals, navigate work force pressures, brain storm about alternative career paths, and catalyze mentoring relationships between women at different career stages. Because mentorship has been clearly identified as a key factor for career success, this interest group assists women by providing role models and support as they seek to balance their internal perceptions and their drive to succeed. Women acquire networking opportunities and knowledge during this session to help them achieve an optimal balance between their personal and professional lives.
