This Workshop is designed to assist child and adolescent psychiatrists who have recently established a private practice or are about to start a private practice. Participants learn strategies for running an efficient office including scheduling, billing and insurance issues, communicating with primary care providers, and record-keeping, and receive tips to assist with patient intake, patient evaluation, time management, and administrative procedures. In addition, participants are given examples of numerous model forms that can be utilized and adapted to facilitate the flow of patients, assist in evaluation, and organize administrative functions.
