This teaching seminar provides residents with an introduction to principles of effective clinical supervision, soliciting and implementing feedback, and providing feedback to medical students when teaching. Recently graduated trainees describe their own teaching experiences, and training directors of large child and adolescent psychiatry training programs offer their insight and experience followed by group discussion.
