This Workshop addresses practice gaps related to knowledge of mental health services available to military children and adolescents; and gaps related to implementing and maintaining evidence-based clinical practices. There is an overview of the mission, structure, and management of School Behavioral Health Programs with consideration of ways the model may be generalized to other communities. There is a focus on how to establish and maintain evidence-based practices among school behavioral health clinicians providing primary, secondary, and tertiary services. Participants gain understanding of how the military is addressing the behavioral health needs of children and adolescents through school behavioral health services in general and those utilized within the Northern Regional Medical Command more specifically.
