This Workshop focuses on assisting participants start a private practice. Attendees learn methods to assess the market factors influencing where to locate a private practice; become familiar with the important business decisions associated with a private practice including a business plan and startup costs; and receive practical suggestions on how to set office policies, hire employees, market the practice, and establish managed care contracts.
