Technology: The Changing World of Our Patients and Our Treatment
The expanding world of technology impacts both our patients and our practice, and being able to ask the right questions about their online world keeps us informed and respected by our clients. This Workshop looks at the current trends in electronics, applications, and web spaces, and the most common uses of technology by children and adolescents. In addition, participants learn about the mobile and desktop applications available for psychotherapeutic and pharmacologic goals in treatment, and ways to use technology to enhance psychiatric practice in the office by streamlining administrative tasks.
