Workshop 30 (sold out)
The Diagnosis of Infants and Young Children: "Hands-On" Diagnostic Classification: 0-3R™ With DSM-5

In this Workshop, clinicians, supervisors, and researchers review and begin using the organizing principles of the Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood Revised™ (DC: 0-3R™) in conjunction with DSM-5. Using DC: 0-3R™’s five axes, to structure observations and data collection, facilitates integration of assessment findings into cohesive, ongoing formulation and treatment planning. Participants learn how the DSM-5’s developmental conceptualization incorporates research on the influences of culture, gender, genetics, and neurodevelopment that complement the DC: 0-3R™ and gain skill in guided observation, diagnoses, and initial treatment planning using all five DC: 0-3R™ Axes and DSM-5.
