This SIG provides an overview of the up-to-date literature on clinical trials of complimentary and alternative medical (CAM) approaches in child and adolescent psychiatry. Afterward, participants are able to define, explain, and detail the diverse group of healing practices in complimentary, alternative, and integrative medicine systems of care. They also gain knowledge of how to approach issues of CAM with patients and families.
