This session takes on the needs, wishes, and interests of the attendees rather than there being a preconceived agenda. One objective for attendees is to recognize that a variety of valuable resources exist for promoting child development. Also, the SIG aims to increase skills for dealing with professionals who assist children, and to gain support and information about their children's disabilities and how to handle them within their families.
