Video presentations of two cases of children with mania or possible mania are the basis of this Media Theatre presentation. Discussants tackle the questions of definition of early-onset bipolar disorder, assessment, comorbidity, and treatment and outcome; both clinically and with relevant research. Several divergent points of view mirror the different conceptualizations of bipolar disorder. Questions are taken from the audience.
